Upon returning to our Hometown of Bellevue, Nebraska we set out to open our business by inquiring about Tattoo and Body Piercing regulations at Bellevue City Hall. As we were leaving City Hall we noticed a "For Rent" sign on a commercial spot across the street. We rented that spot and so many years later... We're still here!"
We're both Military Brats. Dan is a former Airborne Army Tanker "Hooah!" and Anna is a former Medical Assistant. We are an "Old School Mom & Pop business" and hope to earn yours!

Christopher Conrad, a medically retired US Navy veteran was last stationed at Offutt AFB in Bellevue. He was the first Navy Master of Arms to come to Offutt AFB. After being medically retired, Chris decided to learn the trade in the heating and cooling business in 2005. In June 2015, Chris and his wife Sally decided to go out on their own and started Solutions Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC. Christopher prides himself on the personal relationship he develops with his customers, who are informed throughout the entire service or installation process.
